We would like to inform you that our shareholder CRH plc. has agreed to the sale of the Shutters & Awnings division (which also includes the AVZ-Group) to STELLA.Group. This leading European shutters and awnings organisation is based in France. The transaction is planned to be completed this summer.
We see a good fit between the Shutters & Awnings division and STELLA.Group and believe this will be full of perspective for our business, employees, customers and suppliers. We therefore look at the future with the utmost confidence.
For now it is ´business as usual´. In the coming period we will continue to work on our plans for the future together with the new shareholder.
